General Code Of Conduct:
- All Members must obey all rules and regulations stated in this Document henceforth.
- All Members are to always display a positive attitude to all members of the clan.
- All Members are to Present His/Herself in such a way that would best represent the clan, themselves, and would not offend any one else that would be able to see those such actions, Non-clan members included.
- All Members are to Respect the Chain of Command at all times and not ask questions when they are given an order by a superior officer. (If you feel an officer has given unjustified punishment contact a high-ranking official, (General, Commander, ect…). If it was a Commander or a Founder that has made that Ruling, then that is written in stone.
- All Members are to Keep Their DSL (Days Since Login) to a minimum.

Founders

All bots holding operator status of Clan DK and its backup channels must be Neglected Fury unless approved by a Commander or Founder.
The bot access will be as follows:

note: Using !! as the trigger, or saying ?trigger is strongly discouraged by Clan DK's members, because of the average volume of operator bots in the channel. Please refrain from using this as best as you could, unless absolutely necessary.
Members and nonmembers alike are restricted from keeping more than 2 connections (intended for the main account and one bot) in the main DK channel. Anything more is unnecessary, of course, unless they are designated clan service bots (i.e. rankbot, ops bots). Violations will be immediately banned from the channel.
If you would like your bot to hold ops for Clan DK, you must first meet these qualifications:
•Neglected Fury Ops bot, with at least 1 un-muted working key
•Complete General+s' access
•Approval of a Commander or higher
•Rank of LT General or higher
•Have been in the clan for at least 6 months
•Private account passwords-shared with nobody
•A completely exploit/trojan/worm/virus-free or otherwise un-compromised computer to load the bot off of.

Clan Activity Laws:
- All Members are to keep their DSL good for there group.
- All Members who do not keep an acceptable DSL will receive a demotion.
- All Members who’s DSL has exceeded a week will be automatically dropped from the site
- If a Member was dropped from the site for DSL, they are responsible to have themselves un-disabled from the site and provide a valid reason for there inactivity.
-If you know ahead of time that you are going to be In Active for a set period of time then you are responsible to fill out an “IA Request” in you console.
- All Enlisted Members are required to keep there DSL to a Maximum of 6 days.
- All Warrant Officers are required to keep their DSL to a Maximum of 5 days.
- All Officers up are required to keep there DSL to a maximum of 3days.

Gaming Rules & Regulations
- All Members should note that the use of any hacks during a game is prohibited. No member of l)arl( l(nights is permitted to use any form of hack for any reason. This Law Applies to all Games you encounter on Battle.Net as you wear our clan Tag you represent our clan. Violations will be severely punished under the Clan l)arl( l(nights Criminal Offences Act. This will be treated as a Hybrid Offence.
- All In House Games (Clan Mate vs. Clan Mate) are to Be Under an Allie At End finality unless previously condoned by both players. However, if you are playing a member and they backstab you, you may at that point “finish them off as your own personal form of punishments, on the condition that you save the replay as proof incase of complaints by the loser. This will be treated as an Indictable Offence.
- All Members Should Also note it is illegal under the Clan l)arl( l(nights Criminal Offences Act To Stab another team mate in the Back. This will not be tolerated, To stab a clan mate in the back is to backstab the clan itself.

Tournament Guidelines:
- All members who wish to create a Tournament Should Leave ample time for members to join, Around 2 weeks minimum.
- The New Created Tournament should be added to Both, Calendar, and the Tournaments page. The Tournament should also be well advertised in the clan channel, News, and Clan Forums.
- The Replays are to be saved from every tournament games.
- All Gaming Rules & Regulations apply for ALL Internal Clan & InterClan Tournaments.
- All Members who sign up for the tournament are responsible to turn up. If you have signed up for the tournament and latter realize that you cannot attend make sure you message the tournament host or a member of the tournament staff, no later the 2 days before the tournament date.

Interclan Battles Rules & regulations:
- All members who wish to participate in the Clan Battles MUST be on the clan Scrimmage Team.
- The Scrimmage Team will have two groups, Fastest, and Non-Money. Each Team will have 6 players. And each player will be ranked upon skill. The better the player the better the chance for them to participate in the in the clan battle.
- The raking of a player in the squad will not administer any change to that members rank in the clan.
- The Squad ranks are as Follows.
- Leader - mainly manages the scrimmage teams in general. Leads Both!
- 1st -will be 1st choice to be submitted for clan 1 vs. 1 battles. (the best in the clan
- 2nd- will be 1st choice with the 1st for clan 2 vs. 2 battles. 2nd best in the clan.
- 3rd - will be 1st choice with the 1st, and 2nd for clan 3 vs. 3 battles. 3rd best in clan.
- 4th - will be 1st choice with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for clan 4 vs. 4 battles. 4th best in the clan.
- 5th – will be Runner up for any game needed. 5th best in clan.
- 6th – will be Runner up for any game needed. 6th best in clan

- If for any reason a person cannot show up for an Interclan battle. The person directly beneath them will be chosen. If we cannot assemble a team out of the 6, we will post pone the clan battle to a later date.
- All Gaming Rules & Regulations, as well as Tournament Guidelines apply.
- There will Be No User Map Settings (UMS) Interclan Matches. As they really have no bearing on skill.

Clan Diplomacy Laws
- Only Brigadier Generals and higher are permitted to form an Interclan Alliance.
- All members must respect all allied clans.
- Only a clan Founder and/or Commander has the authority to initiate a Clan War.
- Betrayal of the clan is taken as the highest offence one can commit and will be exiled from the clan no questions asked.
- Members are only aloud to be in clan DK, Double Canning is PROHIBITED!
- All Clans who witch to form an alliance with clan DK must reach our level of expectations of there clan. These expectations are as follows:
- Clan must have a mature Leader/Leaders. (no 13 year olds)
- Clan must have a minimum of 25 Members
- Clan Must have a clan channel ie. “Clan DK”
- When creating a clan alliance you must attain the following information:
- Leaders name.
- Clan Tag
- Clan Channel
- Approx # of members
- Gaming/warring clan.
- Main Server (east/west)
- Maps Played/Games Played

Recruitment Guidelines:
- Step1: Find a Member willing to join.
- Step2: Make sure beyond a reasonable doubt that the member is Fully aware that Inactivity is NOT tolerated.
- Step3: Make sure the member/Fully understands the importance of their logging in a minimum of every 2-3 days, if the member does not meet this requirement they should be informed that they would not be able to climb ladder of ranks. If the member gets an unexcused DSL (Days Since Logged) of 5 they will be demoted for inactivity regardless of rank. If that member doesn’t login after 8 days the clan for inactivity automatically disables them. if and only if the member accepts to these terms should u move on to the next step.
- Step4: Test your recruit at the map of their choosing (preferably Low money) if the member does poorly on the test you should either deny the recruit access or train the recruit to meet clan standards.
- Step5: Have the recruit create an Account with the clan tag (" Knight]l)K[ ")
- Step6: Add the recruit to the site add everything after the tag for their clan name. if member is a WC3 player the @Lordaeron/@Aerozoth is not to added in. to begin all passwords are to be set to " clandk " when account is created.
- Step7: Have that Member/Members Login to site using the Name and pass u just created for them they must include the tag when they login. After they login they are to Fill out their profile.

Squad Management & Operation:
- Only Squads Severing a distinct Purpose will be eligible for creation.
- All Squads must be cleared by a General or higher, before creation.
- All Squad leaders must be of the rank of “Officer” to be able to receive permission to create a squad
- No UMS (User Map Setting) game squads will be eligible for creation.
- Squads must remain active.
- Squads must participate in all Clan Tournaments.
- Squads Must have a rules system to help promote member activity in the clan.

Disciplinary Actions:
Summery Offence:
- -1st Offence - 1 hour Ban From Channel
- -2nd Offence - 1 day Ban From Channel
- -3rd Offence - Demotion of 1 Rank
Hybrid Offence:
- -1st Offence - Demotion of 2 or More Ranks.
- -2nd Offence - Demotion of 1 Rank category.
- -3rd Offence - Treated as Indictable Offence.
Indictable Offence:
- 1st offence – Removal from the clan

Clan Security:
Clan Security is completely normal; No known threats. Everything is open to the public.
Continue with things normally, but use caution. Be aware of the people around you, and watch out for suspicious activity.
Be careful whom you recruit. Take appropriate actions when needed.
Major hostile action has been taken. Only DK members in channel. Everything postponed until further notice.
Recruiting Closed. Channel CP'd. Forums Locked. Site backed up hourly. Trust no one except DK.
